Incorporating technique training with the CA WOD
I have some background in Oly lifting (like, a couple months), but not enough that I shouldn't drill technique. I would like to do the Catalyst Athletics WOD. So how do you work pulls, over-unders, and drills into it? Do you do them beforehand? Do the pulls as you're doing the lifts? After? Are there best practices for structuring technique drills and programming them into your workout? What do you suggest?
