I've seen someone split the log before, looked kind of unpleasant. If I'm getting closer to contest time and the PJ isn't doing the trick, maybe I'll give it a shot. Anything to not scratch the press event this time. hah!

strong work on the tire, have to check out the video when you get it up here.

Nice work with the farmers. 110kg is no joke! Something I certainly need to work on.

strong work Don...those stone simulators suck, to me they are way harder than a real stone, as far as the initial pick goes

I bought exactly the same pair (since that was pretty much the only one they had that fit me). I like them a bunch. I use them for direct purpose though - climbing again today

Have a $13 pair of Chucks for deadlifting and sled dragging etc.
Your training looks good too! That garage full of gear is awesome.

I'm going to weld some farmers and a yoke for our new box and a fat bar.
Derek and I (and maybe some of our guys) are doing the strongman comp in Lakeland in August.

Adam, I need to pick up some climbing shoes - do you feel like they help a good deal with drags/pulls?

Good luck w the contest leo. Watch out, sm is addictive.
