everyday workout + IF ?
My goal is to lose fat and maintain my muscle.
In my martial art Yiquan we are required to do body weight exercises everyday. Three different kinds of pushups, slow ten second down and up push ups as well as static pushup posture, pullups, dips, climbing into the wall, sanding the floor, and I do kettlebell swings and planks extra.
My Yiquan class is mon/wed 7pm-9pm
I do HIIT jog/sprint on tu/thur/sat
I'm also doing IF, feeding phase is 1-9ish, and I'm wondering what nutrients I should mostly be eating, and when. Carbs before exercises, protein after? My main goal being to lose fat, i'm not sure what I should be doing here.
