notes: My metcon is slowly building back up. The burpees were the big suck factor in this WOD.

70# db swing 10 reps

notes: I originally planned on doing 3 rounds for the metcon, but I hit a wall; and knew that if I were to continue it would be an exercise in futility. I hope my work capacity becomes larger in the future.

note: I really liked this workout. I think I may stick with it for a while and see if I can make any gains.
