Default Planche & Flag progressions

I found some ideas for training the Planche and Flag through progressions at the site for Dominic Lacasse. The site is Lacasse's personal website that displays his work as an acrobat and has videos of his performances and trainin (it's family/work safe).

Thanks Ralph! I'm working on my planche currently...progress is slow, but steady.

That is cool! Scotty H. has made some pretty good progress on the planche, perhaps we can pester him for some training ideas.

Dominic Lacasse only lives about 2 hours from me, I've been meaning to contact him to discuss some of his training and maybe share some concepts. I simply haven't had the resources to do so. But he is world renowned as an Acrobat.
