1 Full Day Fast (40 hours)
I decided to fast this past Friday.
Last meal was finished before 7pm Thursday & I even had a major workout Friday morning. Drank only water all day Friday with a sugar free emergency vitamin c/mineral supplement in morning. Ate first meal at 11am Saturday (40 hour fast).
Results: Really improved digestion and allowed body to rest. Was very therapeutic; mentally & physically.
I have friends who fast 1 full day each week. One day was enough... maybe once a month.
