Arden -

You're a monster! That's awesome man!

BTW - I've got approx 3-4 cords of oak sitting in my driveway that I'm currently splitting for next winter. So, uh...if you're not doing anything over the next couple of weekends I can help keep your metcon up!

Thanks Chris,
I honestly went sorta blank on the 7th or 8th rep. Kinda out of this world saying hello to Buddha.

All the best,
Arden

Kris,
I make my wood gathering and my event training part of my met-con and GPP. Nothing better than actual work for GPP. Nothing. I went on four "wood runs" last week and I was actually amazed I had anything left for the workout on Saturday.

All the best,
Arden

Thanks Jacob,
I'd love to visit your facility sometime. It's not too far from me and I work in your area sometimes.

all the best,
Arden

Any time Arden. We'd love to have you. As long as there's feats of strength involved that is.

I just want to be able to do the 405 DL's in the time it took you. Very cool video indeed.
