I will definitely be in touch when I'm coming to your area. I long to OLY lift with other folk similarly situated.

All the best,

Thanks Derek,
It's all relative. I'm blessed in that I have inordinately long arms and a over developed posterior chain (much thanks to my father for all the physical work he put me through during my formative years). I can't, comparatively, bench press anything like I can pull or squat. And I'd love to be able to do a muscle up; but that's a few years and a few pounds down the road.

All the best,
Arden

Thank you very much. I think it would be cooler if I could two rounds of it. I'd certainly see Buddha and give him my regards. I love the physical path to enlightenment.

That's very interesting. When I was at Crossfit WV, a bunch of the guys had done Fran in a similar fashion. I don't drink and the thought of drinking a beer in between rounds ....is....well.....

Definitely hard core.

Arden -

As I've grown really fond of using my wood stove over the past two years, my dad saw this book and thought I would like it: The Backyard Lumberjack

The book has a section on logger games and what a surprise it was to see a few pictures of you on page 127!
