asthma inhaler break the fast?
Hello
im having asthma and allergy, and i have to take one inhale in the morning and one before bed. Does this break the fast?
im using Symbicort

i also forgot to mention, what about allergy tablet?

You can't be serious, take your medication as rx'd. I honestly doubt you inhaler or allergy meds will break the fast.

Like said above....take your meds as needed....otherwise fasting is no good if you can't breathe or stay alive.
If you have breathing issues....dump all dairy for 3 weeks....see if that helps your condition any.

Meds do not break the fast.
IMO, it is calories that break the fast, not simply ingesting something.
One thing to be cautious of is that meds or other compounds on a *very* empty stomach can sometimes be more potent in their biological effects (think alcohol for an example).

Paleo eating really does help my breathing especially dropping dairy

Training hard and eating well takes care of my asthma. If I stay away from CF for too long - first wod after a break causes similar signs as asthma does.
Used to have some gnarly asthma as a kid!
