No Turkey today(tomorrow), so thawed out 4lbs of Spare Ribs, which are in slow cooker as I type, along with 4lbs of sauerkraut.

Lunch--sauteed onions and garlic w/ turkey livers, eggs, green salad and steamed broc, carrots and bok choy
Dinner--onions w more steamed veggies warmed w/ buffalo mozzarella and cilantro

Yesterday: Ground beef with sun-dried tomatoes for breakfast, and turkey for dinner. My roommate's AWESOME mother sent home Thanksgiving leftovers, so I got to have Thanksgiving dinner last night!
