alot of homemade chicken soup, which will be a staple in my diet.
bacon, beef, mackeral, sardines and mixed veggies,.
Have a big steak in the crock pot, which 8oz will be eaten tonight.

Hey Jay, you've been having some delicious food yourself. I'm still in Australia but will be going back to Singapore next week, and have been savouring the last bits of food I can get in Australia.... funny that it isn't the famous pizza down the road or their lovely artisan breads and pastries and biscuits hmm.
