Lunch wild salmon with romaine
Dinner crockpot stew of grassfed beef, bok choy and asst roasted veggies!!
I was adventurous today!

Bacon and eggs topped with guac for breakfast, leftover ground turkey with onions and Worstechire from last night, and delicious, delicious ribs for dinner from Mick O'Shea's.

sherry
sweet marsala wine
4 sweet potatoes
1 onion
some frozen spinach
parsley
dulse
butter
To be eaten this evening. Garlic and salt to be added later.
