Thanks for that. I thought I mentioned that Dan's presentation that is up at the FitCast website had some material on this. But, 1) I didn't mention it and 2) I can't find it now. Drats.

BTW, Allen, we met in DC ... in fact, I was the Mr. Universe/Buddha Belly dummy. Oh, also ... someone put up two very nice Tommy Kono videos on YouTube from the Arnold Classic. Very good lifting pointers there.

Sorry for the lack of recognition, I'm terrible with names. When I read your post it made perfect sense to me, but I figured unless you had Dan explain what those thigns meant...it seemed like some kind of secret code.
