It's still a nice warning for those of us that view from work.

why are you looking from work!
Fish oil
ZMA (just started this month)
Mulitvitamin
Digestive enzymes (just started this month)
creatine
But I guess if I could get anything free I would have to include BCAAs and glutamine.

What type/brand of creatine are you using Jeremy? Monohydrate by chance?

Fish oil
Multi
Creatine
ZMA
Decent protein
The ACV didn't seem to do anything for me, but I did acquire a taste for it (Bragg's) in the morning. 1 shot in a glass of water.
I ran out, and got kind of concerned about really increasing my acid load, so didn't replace it.

Using creatine:
Start with monohydrate.
Make sure it's completely dissolved when you drink it. I use a bit of hot water, then plunk it into crystal light or something, or just pound it down hot.
If you aren't getting anything from it, consider trying one of the other versions of creatine out there, but do your research first.
No real need to load, though you can if you feel better about it.

Steve,
What's your creatine dosage 5g? 10g? Also do you think PWO is a better time or anytime will do?

1. Multivitamin w/o iron (or Vitamin K)
2. Creatine: Mono or Cee (I choose Cee)
3. ZMA
4. Acetyl L-Carnitine
5. Fish Oils Caps
If I could add a sixth it would be Digestive Enzymes.

The more I dig into and hear about ZMA...the more I have to believe that this is a #1 anabolic supplement on the market. I am sold on this stuff right now.

Mike:
5g/daily, whenever.
Sometimes I makes sense to do it in the morning, and sometimes post-workout.
Sometimes I load for that dramatic water weight gain and bowl spackling effect.
