Sounds good, but I have so much fish oil and krill oil stocked up that it'd probably be a waste for me to switch over to CLO. But winter is soon approaching, so I might need to the Vitamin D.
I'm wondering how much krill oil I should be taking. Dr. Mercola recommends two a day, which isn't much (
http://mercola.fileburst.com/PDF/pro...ill%20Oil.pdf). I try to eat two for each meal I eat, which ends up adding to 4 capsules a day. I also eat a lot of fish, which probably isn't the smartest thing to do. I eat fish probably ~4 times/week, but I don't take the krill oil if I eat fish.
