More front squats. Bodybuilder (arms crossed) style if you have to.

Can't. Arm is locked at a 90 degree angle; can't hold the bar in the right place. Other weird variations of FS I tried were really really unstable.

Dang Rachel, that sucks even more. What about agility and speedwork, to at least get your footwork down? Drop squats, the dot drill, that kind of stuff.

Yeah I think I'm gonna be doing some of that. I'm gonna ditch the heavy duty squat program -- I just don't feel comfortable maxing out on squats when I can barely stabilize the bar on my back because of awkward positioning. More pistols, speed work, dumb bell snatches etc ... that's what I'm starting to think.

Rachel, I don't know when you are in town, but if you want to borrow some KBs I've got plenty- I could spot you a 16 & a 20kg until late whenever...Might be good for the front squats, etc.
