Caf Lib & Hot water/Slice of lemon
I have been on IF for about 6 months now and my schedule is:
IF from 6pm, through the night until 11am (1hr before workout).
I usually drink green tea, black coffee or water in the am.
I am wondering if Caf Lib (5 cals per serving, made of roasted barley and chicory) or a slice of lemon in hot water would BREAK my IF?
Is this enough calories to break IF?
