Allen or anyone else ;
Just a quick question - when I went over your summary of the usual WODs on each day of the week, this past Thursday wasn't a rest day and Wednesday has no Metcon. Not a criticism , obviously , just an observation . Is it because we're in a Bulgarian ( WB2 ) cycle or is there another reason ?
Thanks again for your help- just trying to understand better.

It was a deload week, so the programming wasn't typical to what Greg has done in the past.

Okay- thanks again.

P.S. My garage garage gym is really cold ~25 F . I hope my little heater starts to make a dent before I get out there. I've got to get my insulation etc. in place out there soon.
Thanks again
