I squeaked out a 115x1 just barely (i questioned even counting it)
Looks like I need to get that 115 solid so that I can say I beat you out

Maybe. The belt I was using weighted at least 2.5 lbs though!

First day of my new steady-state cycle. I think I selected by sets/reps appropriately.
PPPU (Coupled with HSPU)
On Floor
Ladder 1,2,1,2,1,2
HSPU
6 x 1
Back Lever (Coupled with FL)
Full BL
10 x :06
Front Lever
OLFL
10 x :04
Squat
45 x 8
95 x 5
115 x 5
135 x 3
145 x 3
160 x 5 x 3
My knees are tolerating the squats just fine right now. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Squat
45 x 8
95 x 5
135 x 5
155 x 5
170 x 5 x 3
Deadlift
45 x 8
95 x 5
135 x 5
155 x 5
185 x 5
I'm getting some very slight knee aches/soreness. It's not the knee cap tenderness that I've been rehabbing, it's in new places and it's very mild. I think it might just be the connective tissue adapting to the load of training again. I'll keep an eye on it but I'm not too worried as of now.
