crossfit journal #24 has a lot of pictures of their pulley systems including the equipment used at the bottom of the article.

that design using the natural mechanical advantage of the pulleys by connecting the rings to them is pretty smart. never thought of that. only problem is you only have one setting. i think i prefer the adjustable weights method. definitely cool though...
