I have a copy of Andy's book on training with power on my shelf. No bike racing. I gave the triathlon thing a shot for a while but threw in the towel this year due to constant problems with my feet. I might be interested in doing some time trials one day but probably no crits or road races. I am back on the bike as of this morning after a 7 month layoff. I was holding 290ish watts for an hour this summer and had trouble holding 225 watts for 30 minutes this morning. Just looking to get back in shape to bike commute to work when I get transferred to San Diego in May. Take care.
