Pre-Blending Protein Shakes - Good or Bad
I couldn't find an answer to this question anywhere. With your standard Whey or Casein protein supplements, do they have to be consumed immediately after blending into a shake for best results? Or can I blend a shake in the morning, then drink it in the afternoon?
I know some supplements such as creatine should be ingested immediately upon mixing with water or juice. I wasn't sure about Protein supplements.
