Sleep and the nervous system?
Before christmas break I was working out regularly, but I would wake up a couple times during the night. I didn't do any working out during the christmas break, and I slept like a baby. Yesterday I did my first workout, and nothing that challenging or hard, but I woke up in the middle of the night...
Im wondering if working out can change hormones or jack up the nervous system enough to effect sleep.
Anyone?
