Ive been doing a lot of frying lately. Mainly stir fries, without the noodles and rice, but also frying up some meat and serving it with a salad. When I say frying, I mean putting a touch of oil into a pan and frying whatever Im making. I love it, it's really quick and convienent and tastes great. However, Ive heard that its not the healthiest cooking choice. What's the oppinion of the board on this? Something to be worried about, over-hyped, etc?
