I've had a few people mention that there is not really anything out there. So a few guys on the P&B asked me if I'd thought about it.

I'll make it my next project. If I get crackin it could be up by February 2010.

As an aspiring strongman whose major weakness is a complete lack of overhead pressing strength I would also be keen!

Funny, I started this thread a long time ago, looking for different ways to train, among other things, my press.

I decided to have the local Strongman guy do my programming for a few months, and everything pressing-related is moving up again. We're doing less overhead pressing, and a good deal of moderate volume/loading through the horizontal plane (benching, incline, and floor presses) as well as HSPUs, some axle pressing, and very little strict pressing.

BA, I've seen your site through P&B, great information, looking forward to more.
