Not to mention cheap and convenient.
im looking for ideas. what canned fish do you eat and what do you eat it with?
at the moment im mainly eating sardines and tuna. tuna in olive oil with chilli is pretty good. sardines in oil are ok. sardines in tomato sauce are good but loads of the cans contain soy products.
currently im just eating out of the can for breakfast at work (away from fellow workers). would love some paleo type recipies to include them in.
