Oh wow.... I laid down all ready to go, then just sat right up.

Do you think its a flexibility thing? Or are their muscles just so disproportionate (big chest/arms vs tiny legs) that their legs just physically cant stay down.

I think it is mainly an issue caused by the BBing training mentality of isolation.

The abs to hip flexor "hand-off" isn't very well developed through attempts to isolate the abdominals...that and the hip flexors aren't visual muscles, so they are often undertrained in relationship to the other core muscles.

Just my opinion.

I guess these would be harder if you lock your back in extension and require it to come off the ground as a single piece.
