Haha, when I first glanced at this thread I thought it was titled, "John's Stratego training log".

I was like, "It's a pretty intense board game, but does this REALLY belong on the pmenu forum?"

TKD sparring, 40 mins. We actually didn't even put on the gear or spar today, just lots and lots of speed kicks for 40 minutes. Oh an he had us do 50 pushups at the end, just in case our upper body felt neglected.
