Good stuff. I love the kb press too! I sometimes like it better than barbell....apples and oranges I guess.

Good links too. I downloaded some of those mags.

The KB presses have been my staple exercise for a long time.

Good to hear that you enjoy the magazine, we have another one coming out in the next couple weeks.
