Default Lean Gains on Low Carb

Anybody see the debate on the Lean Gains site about the low carb camp vs. the calorie in calorie out camp?

Wow, I had to stop reading... THAT is why I like that we use real, full names here.

I like that one guy who says if outliers do not fit into the theory, then it must be invalid. What?!?

and Tom Venuto too...trolling and arguments on the net are nothing new....but also necessary to weed out the crap and help people understand...luckily that comment field had some smart people with good stuff to say.....

I have yet to read GCBC, but I just read Gary Taubes' response to Dr. Bray's review of his book. It is very interesting, especially the last couple sentences.
