1058 m, Really helps to tell somebody to give you hell and make you keep on pushing through the pain when on after round 5 I normally want to quit.

Thanks for the DBZ pick-me up

We are so similar in age and performance - the last tabata row I did I just about broke 1000m for the first time (will have to hit that again soon) and recently managed to CJ 100kg. What's your bodyweight?
