ive got an awesome pork shoulder recipe if yer looking for another...
u ask for one with the skin on.. place it in roasting pan skin up.. run through the skin with an exacto knife to make cuts half inch apart.. salt to taste.. then throw in quartered onions and lemons.. roast high for 15 mins then lower heat.. when its done remove the goods but put the pan back on stovetop with some white wine or port to gather flavors into a sauce.
thats the quick version anyhow.. its cheap and looks impressive. slicing the skin at the beginning creates crispy stuff you can slice off with scissors and serve on top.
