Default Gaining

I know its more so about cals in the end but how much of my fats should I be aiming to get from healthier oils and from saturated fats, etc. I normally get my sat fats from eggs and meats but most of my fats come from avocados, avocado oil, olive oil, walnut oil, fatty fish etc. Would butter be fine too and if so how much?

Also, what exactly is kefir. I know it has probiotics in it. Is it better then milk? Does it cause the same problems?

Yeah, butter's fine. Don't sweat it too much. No trans fats, moderate sat. fats... plenty of monounsaturated fats.

And is there a reason why you've got multiple threads with the same title?
