If IF is causing coldness in hands/feet, I look to iodine.

I can do a 24-hour fast and not notice any change in my body temp. at all.

What IF does is slow the metabolism. If the metabolism is already somewhat "slow" due to a low thyroid function, then not eating for a long time just compounds the issue and things like constipation and coldness of the extremities happens.

Default

Couldnt find any iodine supplements but I found some iodized sea salt. Would a pinch of that be fine?
