i heard from a friend who belongs to a gym they did a test there.
simple test.. most reps wins..
start with bodyweight squats till failure.
pushups till failure
old fashion crunches , (knees bent, crossed up off the ground,and hands behind head with elbows touching knees till failure
deadhang pullups till failure
dips till failure.
he basically said the rest between sets was " not rushed " at all. after squats go get a drink, towel off then start the pushups..
opinions? sounds like a cool test to me..
