I finished the auto-excel sheet with all the named wods. If you're interested in a copy you can email me at mocslacrosse@hotmail.com
I did this with Fran for 11 weeks and PR'd everything from timed runs, CFT, BW wods, and other benchmarks. Interested in seeing it this way...

Great, I'm going to add a few more wods to it and add another sheet that scales the wods for the athlete, and should have it done later tonight.

Cool. I'm more interested to see what your actual data was over the 11 weeks, including beginning numbers, etc.

Well with Fran, I programed it over most of the 3/1 wods:
Fran
Mainsite wod
Fran
rest
Mainsite wod
Fran
Mainsite wod
and performed this for 11 weeks during the summer. Then performed another cycle for 4 weeks in December. I'll add it to the excel. The very first Fran was 7:01 with 65# on all sets on 6/28, the PR in the final cycle was 3:39 with 95# on 12/19. I believe I may have broken that since- just have to dig through my archive. This excel is new- I've been working on this idea for months, and the other day I was logging the oly chart for training programs and started pursuing this. And this is one of the reasons to add weight during the sets.
