I washed my hands of t-nation when Mr. Shugart over-moderated my (polite and carefully worded) post pointing out the undeniable fact that most V-dieters get sick in the second or third week.

They are a business first....disguised as a open forum/non-biased info type of site....I think it was Lyle too that was removed from comments about how unnecessary Surge was.....but really, great business model as it makes them money.....worked for EAS long ago....still works today

I have a personal dislike for the V-diet....as with anything promoting "quick and easy results"....promotes all the wrong ideas on what weight loss should be....nothing to do with realistic lifestyle changes that last.

I think that was Alan Aragon who got into it over there. He's written for them too i think.

Their new VDiet 3.0 thing is pretty cool though.

Yeah, maybe it was Alan....read it on Lyle's blog about the Surge vs Milk debate I think.....oh well.....

Ok I admit....it "looks" very cool....good graphics and I will never complain about a lot of skimpily clad hot women.....minus all the supplement ads of course....seriously I'm just jealous cause I didn't think of that whole strategy first.

Yeah, I'm just nitpicking with who got after the whole surge vs. chocolate milk thing on the T-Nation forum. Lyle gets after them on occasion on his forum and it's always entertaining when he does.

It is a great business strategy. TC Luoma is a poor man's Bill Phillips (Body For Life was THE first Physique Clinic.

I have a feeling that Biotest's sales numbers for the next few months are going to seriously spike.

I'll admit it, I've been considering the V-Diet for over a year. I'm a bit of a masochist I suppose as I enjoy seeing where my limit is on all sorts of things. It's 28 days, and if it's good enough for Dan John, it's damn well more than good enough for me. We'll see.
