IF and TKD for fat loss
I have been experimenting with IF for over a year now with very pleasing results. I feel that as opposed to just a diet when I first jumped on board, IF is now definitely a lifestyle for me. As my body fat has come down, I seem to have hit a plateau and am now looking at incorporating a TKD to remove a small amount of fat from my lower abs.
My IF has been following Martin Berkhan's Leangains approach, usually a 4-8hr daily feed with approx. 80% of daily calories consumed post-WO spread over 1 or 2 meals. WIth a TKD, this would mean a huge intake of fat post-WO, something that is advised against from numerous sources.
So, my questions are, is my approach to IF and a TKD compatible, is it a definite no-no to consume high amounts of fat post-WO, even in a state of ketosis and if so, could a possible workaround be to consume a protein only meal post-WO and then a protein, high fat meal a couple of hours later?
