I can tell you that most of us here do not need to read the book at all, we already know!

But unfortunately just reading the cover, they are taking good science and then selling it as a "coconut diet". They ruin it for me there. Just write a book on good science!

Don't get me wrong, coconut oil is great stuff, but this book turns eating healthy fats into a fad diet type formula.

George, thanks for the reply but could you elaborate please ? I got that you think it is faddish, but that's about all I got from your post.

I don't own and have not read the book. I am interested to know, as stated initially, " Opinions/experience/thoughts," of the protocol(s) presented therein.

More specifically, risk/reward - cost/benefit of eating tablespoon(s) of CO.

I prefer to use it for cooking. The benefits are that it is not like other saturated fats...
