) Matt Kroczaleski is a powerlifter, beastly strong, who says that he get's a huge carryover to his DL doing heavy heavy high rep dumbell rows. In the Ross article he's doing DB rows for 7 reps with a weight that many many internet jocks can't DL for 5.
and yes, to get this out of the way, Matt competes in a Non tested Federation.
