I always cringe at the sight of rev grip bench or press, but damn, that's a lot of weight.
Extra props for doing it with Anna Nalick in the background.

Some say it focuses on the triceps a bit more. One, there are certainly better ways to focus on triceps than by messing up a compound exercise. Two, the worst case scenario is it rolls out of your hands and lands on your face (press) or throat (bench).
The dude in the video here had wraps. I suppose if you're in a position to reverse grip military press 315 for a double, you're not concerned with a glancing blow to the mug.
