I never would have thought of it..... but this approach makes so much intuitive since after being exposed to it on the thread from a while back.

Garret, IOL is IronOnline- Dave & Laree Drapers site. Dan John has a forum there that often has some quite good info. Actually the first site I found when I started lifting. That and the Garage Gym.
