Default J & J WOD and Meatfest 2009

I apologize for not posting on the PM Forum sooner, just slipped my mind. There is a thread going on the CF Boards, here is the link.

http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=44866

Any and All are invited, just need to email to let us know if you're coming.

J&J WOD and meatfest

"You'll blow your WOD when you see our meat"

That’s right; those two characters from the boards are at it again. Jamie "I has Charisma" Skibicki and Jay "if it has a face I have a recipe" Cohen will be throwing the 2nd Cookout and Meatfest this year at Jay's place in lovely western PA. There will be a team based competitive WOD followed by coaching in gymnastics(level 1 gymnastics cert), barbell training, weightlifting, CrossFit level 1 and maybe some yoga. We will also bring out the toys; thick bars, sandbags, climbing wall (very short but with over hangs), farmer walks, etc. This is your chance to try some new stuff. Jay will then be serving dinner comprised of several sorts of dead animals.

How can you be a part of this? First, you must send an RSVP to Jay or Jamie. If you have a team put together, list all of your names in the email. If you don't have a team, no worries, we'll put you on one when you get here (competition is a great ice breaker). Second, you must list whether you will be going the easy way of paying the 10 dollar entry fee or bringing a huge side dish for party. If you need accommodations, there will be limited space in Jay’s house and he has about an acre behind his house where we will be camping. Please let us know if you will need a place to stay.

The devil is in the details.

When: May 29-31. Cook out and WOD on the 30.
