I was doing push presses today as part of a WOD and a personal trainer came to me and said that I was pushing my head too far forwards and that I should keep it straight, because pushing the head that far forwards strains the neck.
Later on I checked my head position in the mirror and it looked as far forwards as these two pictures:

Is there a right or wrong or good or bad? Where should the head be? Does it matter?
