Hang Snatch (hip) + Hang Snatch (knee)
40kg x 2
60kg x 2
70kg x 2
165lbs x 1
175lbs x 1

On minute for 10 minutes
205lb clean and Jerk

Attempted a kettlebell conditioning circuit afterwards...didn't have any gas in the tank...its been an off week for me this week.

I think the warrior diet is not fitting into my current training....the first 3 weeks were great....I lost some stubborn fat...currently at 191-192. Lifts are all good...but I'm starting to feel lathargic....

I do love the IF approach....

May start lean gains next week...with a protein shake before training.

I'm also going to change up my lifting scheme as well. The pendlay beginner program keeps me in the gym for like 2 hours. Way too long since I work out during during lunch.

I got this from 70's big.com...with a little modification.

Monday
Snatch 1 x 10 (on minute for 10 minutes / more than last session)
Clean and Jerk x 2 x 5 (linear progression/sets across/more than last session)

Tuesday
High Bar Back Squat x 5 x 3
Push Press x 5 x 3
Pendlay Rows x 5 x 3

Wednesday
Running MARSOC/Bas Rutten/O-Course

Thursday
Snatch x 2 x 5 (linear progression/sets across/more than last session)
Clean and Jerk x 1 x 10 (on minute for 10 minutes / more than last session)

Friday
Front Squat x 3 x 3
Bench Press x 5 x 3
Romanian Deadlift x 5 x 3

Start this on next Monday.
