worked up to 75kg (still suck)

Power Clean & Push Press (turned into some push jerks on some)
110kg x 1 x 10 (EMOM for 10 min)

Front Squat
265lbs x 3 x 3

Conditioning:
3 rounds
20 calories on air dyne
20 kb swings @ 32kg

90kg + 1lb (PR)

Clean and Jerk
worked up to 110kg + 1lb got 2 out of 5....felt wrecked for some reason.

Conditioning:
400m track
sprint the straights (2 100m) jog the turns (2 100m) x 4 sets

Pretty painful...didn't go at it like a rabid hamster but got it in.

All lifts done outside...
