Default 20-Jun-2007: LBH Light.

Lifting in a meet this Sunday.

Light.
No notes today.

Squat snatch triples to 50kg. Speedy

Tall Cleans/Clean and Jerks to 70kg.

Right shoulder has been feeling gimpy this week. Ice, ice and more ice.

Saw a guy doing smelling salts during his practice session. He was quite intense.

A bit over an hour.

Did you do the middle part partitioned or straight through efforts?

Forgot notepad today.

Squat clean and jerks to 80kg.
Missed clean at 90 twice (bar too far forward...usually I can fight to save, but today there was no fight).

Front squat doubles to 100kg x 2.

Joe said I'm using my arms too much on cleans today. Too much of a pause in the dip prior to jerk as well.

Lots of misses at 70.
Chilled out in the back room.
Came back and hit 70
then 75
3 misses at 80

I can't tell what else I did this workout as my handwriting is crap.

Some power snatches 52.3

Power clean and power jerk to 65.9

Front Squat Singles to 102.3kg x 5 sets...PR? Too lazy to check.

Couldn't drop weights, so had to keep it light.

Snatches to 60.
Feeling tight.

Some other assistance stuff I forgot to write down.

Default 10-Jul-2007: On the Road

Out of town for work. Had to improvise at the hotel gym (brought my lifting shoes with me).

Did clean pulls with EZ curl bar and every weight from the Smith Machine I could fit on the bar...111kgs

Went for a swim afterwards. Then hot tub.
