I don't know if it was the form adjustments from Monday, but my mechanics were kind of off today...
(55x0)x2--> 2 misses, wtf?
(55x1)x5-->made 5, missed 3 in front of me. Usually I can save the lift at this weight, but I didn't have the desire in me today.
I'm assuming this is just a glitch and things will fall into place next week
Jerks from the Rack:
-Ugh, lowering that 75 onto my shoulders didn't feel so good.
-Wobbly arms and shoulders from 70kg onwards, so took some weight off...
Need to have more active traps in holding bar overhead I think.
Back Squat (I was gonna try Hatch program, but I forgot to print out the schedule so I just winged it for today):
105x2 (first 105 since last Dec I think?)
-The last one was a 'Screaming Squat,' hehheh
Finished with 2 sets of 10 chinups.
Hmmm, I think I need to do more core work. Minus the squats, I felt 'wobbly' today.
