Seriously Robb -Performance Menu shorts please. You could add small print somewhere with "Get Your A** In Shape"

My wardrobe needs an addition. I need to do ALOT more lifting and CF to do them justice though....

You got it sista! The pair Aimee wears was manufactured in a third world, child only sweat shop. it will take some "favors" to replicate that but for you Allison, anything!

Actually I was just kidding. Those are those sand-filled plates and we emptied them that morning. That bar only weighed 17 kg or so.

No.... Greg is serious. there is no way in hell i can lift that much weight!
