Building the Gymnastic Body

Dinosaur Conditioning

Check EatMoveImprove and look for Steve's BW article.

Maybe Ross Enamait has something.

I think so, Dan. I've only read about it and seen the ToC.

Convict Conditioning was the other one I couldn't remember.

Cool, thanks.

I suspect the Kubik product has gone out of production, based on a quick look at his website.

I've been working with Convict Conditioning for about 6 months and am slowwwwwly progressing. I'd really like to get to a pistol and a 1-armed push-up. I'm cnsidering getting some of the Monkey Bar gym stuff, mixing that in for some variety, then moving back to the CC stuff.

I've actually heard that the fitness programs by New Hue are REALLY great for conditioning. A friend of mine had recommended them to me a few months back when I was getting my feet wet in the world of body building. I'm not sure what I would recommend for strength (as I'm new), but my friend has always recommend px90 (still new hue). Hope this helps. I don't really know too much about it myself, but I figured I'd give my 2 cents as I'm about to try it myself. I'll let you know if I like it. ^^;
